Job Responsibilities

Technology-Driven Market Analysis

Utilize data analysis tools and industry research (such as assisted by AI algorithms) to deeply analyze global trends in the electronic components market, competitor dynamics, and emerging demands (in areas like new energy and AI hardware).

Lead the planning of market entry strategies for target markets in Southeast Asia and Europe and the United States, and provide feasibility reports that combine technology and business.

Cross-Industry Resource Integration

Coordinate with R&D and production bases in Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland to optimize the efficiency of the supply chain response and the technical service system.

Connect with industry associations, research institutions, and upstream and downstream enterprises (such as semiconductor manufacturers and new energy vehicle companies) to promote cooperation on technical standards and joint solution development.

Intelligent Business Expansion

Develop customers from multinational enterprises and strategic channels, and accurately match customer product needs with a technical background.

Design a data-driven customer management system, and optimize sales forecasting and customer segmentation strategies through AI tools.

Technical Marketing Support

Participate in technical presentations at international exhibitions, and translate product technical parameters into the language of customer business value.

Assist the R&D team in reflecting market demands in product iteration (such as the demand for AI-optimized design of high-frequency transformers).

Job Requirements

Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or above in Physics, Electronic Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields (a composite background is preferred).

Technical Competence:

▶ Be familiar with the basic principles of electromagnetic devices, and be able to quickly understand the technical parameters and application scenarios of transformers and inductors.

▶ Have data analysis capabilities in Python/Matlab, and candidates with experience in using AI algorithms to solve engineering problems will be given priority.

Business Abilities:

▶ Excellent English business negotiation skills, and be familiar with international business cooperation models.

▶ Have market sensitivity, and candidates who have participated in cross-border projects or supply chain optimization cases will be preferred.

▶ Candidates with inland project or supply chain optimization cases will be preferred.

Trait Requirements:

▶ Have both the logical thinking of an engineer and the innovative awareness of a business pioneer.

▶ Be adaptable to cross-border business trips.
