Development history

Established in 1975, Wang Gang construction (Group) Co., Ltd. mainly provided equipment, materials and services for the printed circuit board industry in the Asian market.

The founder of the group, Mr. Wang Huaxiang, began to set up a factory in Hong Kong as early as 1962 to produce and supply printed circuit boards.

In 1979, Wang Gang Jian began to engage in trade and distribution business.

In 1983, the company was listed on the Hong Kong stock market and renamed Wang's industry (Co., Ltd.). Wang's port was established as one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries.

In 1989, Wang Gang Jian was separated from Wang Industry (Co., Ltd.) and became an independent listed holding company.

Today, Wang's port construction has set up offices in the United States, China, Taiwan, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam.

Wang Gang Jian International (Group) Co., Ltd. is a listed company in Hong Kong with No. 532.
